Welcome to the Designer Saree Shop website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your.  By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes

Product information

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.


We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.


We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

The product ordered being unavailable from stock

Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.  Designer Saree Shop does not trade via eBay or any other auction website. We are not able to verify the authenticity or quality of any item sold on such a site under the Designer Saree Shop branding.

Measurements given are approximate. Due to different shapes and cuts of garments there may be variations in sizes between the garments.

Please Note models wearing designer blouses are just for photograhy perposes only and is not part of the saress. In some cases we may be able to get blouses made as shown on models.  Please get in touch to see if this is possible.

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, fabric, details etc.) are given along with the image in the product details. Products having intricate handwork, there may be slight variation in the pictures displayed and the respective actual products. While we try to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color due to photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual colour of the outfit received. We firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction. All the images, illustrations and descriptions of the goods are for information only. We try to ensure that our Website is reliable and available at all times the Internet is not an inherently stable medium. Errors, interruptions of service and delays may occur at any time. At Designer Saree Shop we take reasonable care in ensuring that all material contained in our Website is accurate and up-to-date at the time it is posted we cannot guarantee it.

Fabrics & Embroidery

Most of items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the embroidery work. These garments should be worn with care and are mainly for special occasion wear.

A garment may from time to time have variations in patterns and colour due to individual hand work dyeing methods.

Heavy embroidered items can only be Dry Cleaned. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed. Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only. Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
All clothing with embossed or rubber prints should be reverse ironed.

Any displacements to sequin beading or embroidery cannot be deemed to be a defect in the garment but is caused by the very nature of the work. In these cases postage cannot be claimed in refunds or exchanges.

It may not be possible to give full instructions on each garment therefore the above is a guideline of washing if in doubt Dry Clean.

Dispatch of Goods

We will deliver 99% of the goods to the address, which you have given us at the time you make your purchase within 24 to 72 hours and no later then 7 days subject to availability.
We will endeavour to ensure that the goods are delivered by any delivery date estimated by us but we cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered by that date. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or charge incurred because of the late delivery of goods.
The risk of damage to the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address specified in your instructions.

If you do not receive the goods we will endeavour to send replacements. We will make sure all goods are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and will need to be signed for. Goods will be posted to the address that you provide when you make a payment. We will not be able to send the goods to a different address other than the cardholders due to potential credit card fraud.  

Returns Policy / Money Back Guarantee

We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. The products that we sell are manufactured under strict quality controls. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

All of our products come with a 10-day money back guarantee. So you can shop with complete peace of mind. If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it unopened (cosmetics, skincare products) within the 10 days of receipt of your order for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. (p&p costs not included). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your request must be made in writing (email).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days at returns@designersareeshop.co.uk explaining why you wish to return or exchange the item. You will then receive an email within 24 hours with a unique Returns Authorisation Code and instructions on how to proceed. Please do not return the item until you have received this email from DesignerSareeShop.co.uk.

If the item is faulty you must contact us with in 48hrs via email to notify us of any damage. We check all items before shipping.

The outfit ordered online by customers using Blouse Stitching Service (blouse and saree is one item) or Pre-Stitched Saree is individually custom made in accordance with measurements and sizes provided. So we expect our customers to support Designer Saree Shop's NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY on those types of items. Designer Saree Shop will not be able to refund or exchange on these items. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace any products that have been opened (cosmetics) or used, unless they are faulty.

You are required throughout the period prior to return, to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if the item returned is not in fully re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on these item

We will issue a full refund on the price paid less postage and packaging for the item within 30 days after the item has been received by us. Used products are not eligible for a return. Your payment made to us will be returned back once we have received the products in intact position (without any wear and tear / damage.

You are reliable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged. You can always return items if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return items to us.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address we have given. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address on your packaging.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Nur76 Money Back Guarantee (applies Only to NUR76 products)

We have thousands of many happy customers who are satisfied with Nur76 products and we try our best to ensure that every customer is satisfied. However a small minority of individuals try to misuse our guarantee and try making fraudulent claims. To reduce these types of claim and to ensure that we always give our customers the best levels of service and the highest quality products, we need to make sure that only genuine customers are able to take advantage of our guarantee.

The following is required to stop people from making fraudulent claims to get their money back, after enjoying the benefits of the product. This way we can protect you as a consumer by continuing to invest in the research and improvements so that we can keep bringing you great products that really work.

To qualify for the guarantee. Buy the product and try it for 90 days and use as instructed - 2-3 times a day every day. If it doesn't work for you, then all you have to do is send us two date stamped clear pictures one taken before using the product and one taken 3 months after using the product to our email address.

Please contact us before you send it so that we can give you a 'Returns Authorisation Number'. Any products sent back without a returns authorisation number will not be refunded. You must contact us within 14 days after your 90 days are up. Your 90 days start from the day you place the order. Please note that the before picture must be received by post or email within 14 days of placing your order otherwise your guarantee becomes void. This is because if we do not receive your before picture before you start using the product we have no guarantee that the picture you sent us was taken before you started using the product. We have had customers sending photos that they took on the same day in under different lighting, just to get their money back fraudulently. These types of customers have been doing this over and over again to abuse our guarantee. 

Once we receive this we will ensure that you get your money back (less postage/packaging and refund processing fee).

To request a refund you must obtain an RAN (Return Authorization). Requests must be made online and submitted with your order information and explanation of why you wish to return the product. You will receive your RAN via email once our customer service department has identified your eligibility for a return under our policy.

Please do not call for an RAN. If you return your product without a RAN number you will not be refunded.

Once you RECEIVE (not request) your RAN you have 15 days to return the empty bottles and your proof of purchase/receipt packaging for a refund. The empty packaging is required for mfg. credit. You will only receive a credit on the bottles that are returned with your RAN. If the package is not received within 15 days you will not be eligible for the refund.

*Refund Processing Fee: £8 Per item e.g. 1 item return = £8 Fee. 2 Items return =£16 Fee.

To stop fraudulent claims we have the following conditions in place: We do not accept returns if they are sent before the 90 days. The Nur76 products work over 99% of the time and in some rare cases they do not achieve the desired results. In rare cases as with any change in use of skin care products there is a small risk you may have small spots temporarily. This is just your skin reacting to the change of product usage on your skin. We do not offer refunds if you stop using it and want to return it after you have used it for less than 3 months.

You should always consult your doctor before using anything on your skin & we cannot be held liable for any misuse of the product or use without medical consultation.

This guarantee only applies to the Nur76 products. Only 1 refund and guarantee per customer per household. This means you should only order 1 item to see if it works and then you can return that item for a refund. You cannot purchase more than one item or a combination of items such as package deals, then use all of them then get a refund for all of them.

In the unlikely event that there is a dispute in relation to the goods supplied, any dispute or claim shall be governed and construed according to English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by any Court or other authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then the validity of the rest of these Terms & Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby. We may at any time terminate this agreement without notice to you
